- Expertly programmed workouts every 6 weeks in the Conor The Coach App
- Gym or at home based workouts
- Implement strength training, muscle hypertrophy training and other lifting protocols to sculpt your physique, add muscle, improve posture and strengthen your core
- Expert feedback to improve your exercise techniques
- Track your progress, hit personal bests and set new limits
- Monthly progress review
- Workouts are tracked in our mobile coaching app for IOS and Android
